in order to create a community-based monitoring methodology for the
Eastern Himalayan Broadleaf and Conifer Forest. |

The King Mahendra Trust for Nature Conservation
(KMTNC), Nepal. The leading conservation organization in
Nepal, the KMTNC supports the RPP in program development. It
also
supports one of the largest protected areas containing red pandas in
Nepal: the Annapurna Conservation Area Project. |

WWF-Nepal provides support to several
important protected areas containing red pandas, including the
Kanchenjunga Conservation Area and Sagarmatha National Park. |

International Center for Integrated Mountain
Development (ICIMOD), Nepal. ICIMOD has conducted a review
of land use issues in the Panchthar-Ilam-Singhalila Corridor,
providing much-needed data concerning the status of the region's
forest. It also helps the RPP with logistical and informational
support. |

Asia Network for Sustainable Agriculture and
Bioresources (ANSAB). ANSAB is committed to
enterprise-oriented solutions to biodiversity conservation and
sustainable community development. ANSAB focuses on non-timber
forest products (NTFPs) in Nepal and supports our sustainable
development programs in the Panchthar-Ilam-Singhalila Corridor.
